This lyre harp is crafted with 16 metal strings, each measuring 25 inches in length. It features intricately carved arms and stars adorning the soundboard, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. The body and arms are made of rosewood, while the soundboard is constructed from birch ply.

The lyre harp is tuned in the key of D, with the strings arranged from longest to shortest as follows: D, E, F#, G, A, B, C#, D, E, F#, G, A, B, C#, D, E.

Guitar strings can be substituted for the lyre harp’s strings. The approximate gauges for the strings are as follows:

* String 1: 0.028 inches (0.711 mm)

* Strings 2-4: 0.024 inches (0.609 mm)

* Strings 5-7: 0.017 inches (0.432 mm)

* Strings 8-10: 0.014 inches (0.355 mm)

* Strings 11-13: 0.012 inches (0.305 mm)

* Strings 14-16: 0.010 inches (0.254 mm)
