Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt, unless otherwise noted in the product description. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

For returns, please use Standard Post—not DHL, GLS, FedEx, UPS, or any private couriers. All return packages must include a tracking number to allow us to monitor the process and avoid any potential issues.

Make sure to include your name, full postal address, and order number inside the return package.

Use the correct Taric code. If you need help, feel free to contact us.

If you’re filling out a Customs Form, mark the package as GOODS FOR RETURN (or REPAIR, if applicable) to avoid delays or additional fees.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Product-Specific Policies

  • Bodhráns: Goat skin is a natural material, so variations in color, shade, and thickness are expected. However, if you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days for a free replacement. If damage occurs during shipping (e.g., a tear), we’ll cover return shipping up to $25 and provide a new item at no additional cost.

  • Other Products: If you’re unhappy for any reason, return the item within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). If shipping or manufacturing damage occurs, we’ll cover return shipping up to $25.

Free Shipping

We may occasionally offer free shipping at our discretion. Any specific conditions, such as minimum order value, will be clearly stated at the time of the offer on the cart page. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free shipping offers at any time without notice.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, including those incurred during “Free Shipping” promotions, are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where a fault occurred as described above. Please contact us for guidance on return procedures.

Return and Repair Shipments

For Return & Repair shipments, we’ll cover up to $25 within 30 days of receiving your product, using Standard Post only.
